Chad Brossett has more than 25 years of experience in the acquisition, development, and management of commercial real estate and special projects across the Gulf Coast. He recently led the development and operation of Moss Lake Village, the largest private temporary workforce housing facility ever built in the continental United States. Developed to support the $15 billion Cameron LNG construction project, the community included 1,900 beds, two 500-seat cafeterias, recreation centers, transportation operations, and hundreds of support staff, requiring coordination across more than 18 local, state, and federal permits.


In addition to large-scale workforce housing, Chad has developed and invested in multifamily and industrial projects throughout Louisiana. His recent developments include The Preserve at Tech, a 168-unit purpose-built student housing community delivered during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as multiple industrial acquisitions. Most recently, Chad has focused on Rivermark 185 Industrial and Logistics Park. A 96-Acre Industiral Park in Geismar, LA with 1.5 million square feet of industrial space planned. Building 2 is under construction totaling 250,000 SF. Chad focuses on identifying strategic development opportunities and guiding projects from entitlement through construction and long-term operations.

David Dossett is a real estate development and investment professional focused on industrial, multifamily, and temporary workforce housing projects across Louisiana and the broader Gulf Coast region. His work includes development and acquisition underwriting, capital structuring, entitlement strategy, and full-cycle development execution, with a particular emphasis on large-scale industrial logistics projects along the I-10 corridor. Prior to joining Brossett Development, David worked at Commercial Properties Realty Trust, where he supported acquisition and development decisions through detailed financial modeling, due diligence, and investment committee materials.


Before entering the real estate industry, David served seven years in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer, rising to the rank of Captain. During his service, he led Marines in high-risk operational and training environments and managed complex logistical operations—experiences that continue to shape his disciplined, execution-focused approach to real estate development and investment. David holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Chandler brings more than 15 years of construction industry experience, combining field knowledge with project management and development coordination.


From 2012 to 2024, Chandler was the owner and managing partner of Patriot Industries, a commercial concrete and heavy civil contracting firm where he led estimating, project management, and business operations while delivering a wide range of commercial and infrastructure projects. Earlier in his career he worked with general contractors in the Baton Rouge area, building hands-on experience in site work, construction coordination, and project execution. Chandler holds a bachelor’s degree in management and finance from the University of Tennessee where he was a Varsity Track athlete. Additionally, Chandler holds a graduate degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University.
