Moss Lake Village isa a large-scale temporary workforce housing community delivered between 2015 and 2020. The team developed, built, and managed a 1,900-bed facility supporting major industrial operations, with two 500-seat cafeterias, two recreation centers, and a transit fleet of 100+ buses. The project required 18 local, state, and federal permits and represented ~$170M in total contract value. Clients included SEMPA, Mitsubishi Corporation, and CB&I/McDermott.
