The Preserve at Tech was a ground-up student housing development in Ruston, Louisiana serving Louisiana Tech University, consisting of 168 units and approximately 500 beds. The project included land acquisition, entitlements, and full development execution, with a total construction value of approximately $30,000,000. Delivered in June 2021, the project successfully navigated a highly challenging construction phase during the COVID-19 pandemic.
